How do I place a custom order?

To place an order for custom embroidery, follow these simple steps:
1. Visit our website and navigate to the custom tab.
2. Click on the "Get Your Custom Embroidery Quote" button.
3. Fill out the form with your specific embroidery visions.
4. Our team will reach out to you within 1-3 business days with a personalized quote.
5. Once the quote is confirmed, payment will be processed, and your order will begin the creation process.

How long does an order take to make?

After you receive your custom quote/place an order and the creation process begins, it will take about 5-10 business days to create. This does not include shipping time.

Can I give IvyLu an item to have embroidered?

If you want us to embroider a personal item, please email shopivylu@gmail.com. We do sometimes consider embroidering personal items, but it is not a guaranteed service.

Can I get a discount for bulk custom orders?

Yes! Custom orders of 10+ items with the same design receive a 10% discount.
